Week in Pictures: Jake Turns 30

Yesterday we celebrated Jake's 30th birthday with homemade blueberry lemon cake and a dance party in the store!

Of course, I made some modifications: I used plain yogurt instead of Greek, cut the amount of blueberries in half so you could taste the lemon, added the juice of one lemon along with the required zest and doubled the recipe to make a layer cake, and it was a hit! We did a cream cheese butter cream hybrid frosting with a hint of lemon. Try it!)
